Introductory information
Please pay attention to the following document, through which we provide you with information about the processing of your personal data and about the rights related to the processing of your personal data in the framework of our activities, i.e. in connection with the services we provide to you. The company GORBACH ZALUZIE, s.r.o., with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00 Prague, ID: 21230234, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 398049 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or also the “Administrator”). The company approaches the protection of personal data responsibly and takes maximum care to ensure that the processed data is protected from misuse. For this purpose, it applies appropriate technical and organizational measures and is governed by applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”). In accordance with Article 13 and other provisions of the GDPR, we provide below an overview of what data we process, for what purposes, for what period, and what rights you have as a data subject. This document is public and serves to provide transparent information on the protection of personal data.
What is personal data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person and which allows that person to be identified, directly or indirectly. This category includes, for example, first and last name, gender, age or date of birth, marital status, residential address, contact details (telephone, e-mail), photo or other image of the person, birth number, health insurance company details, nationality, health information, signature, biometric data (e.g. fingerprint) or technical identifiers such as IP address.
Processed personal data
When filling out our order form or otherwise communicating with us, you provide us with certain information without which we would not be able to process your inquiry or order. We therefore process in particular your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and address including postal code so that we can contact you and agree on the details of the order. If you indicate the place of implementation, a more detailed description of the requested product or service, estimated dimensions or other information in a note, this data also becomes part of the processing. If you attach a file to your order, such as a photo, drawing or other documentation in PDF, JPG, PNG or JPEG format, we will save it and use it only for the preparation and execution of the order. If you give us your consent to send you news, we will also retain information about this consent so that we can send you offers and information that may interest you.
Purpose of processing personal data
Our company processes personal data primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship, i.e. to deliver the ordered goods or provide the agreed services. Other purposes of processing are to comply with legal obligations arising in particular from accounting and tax regulations, to maintain internal customer records, to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the company and to defend legal claims, if necessary. Personal data may also be used to send information about our products and services, if we have your consent or if permitted by law. Personal data will be stored for the period strictly necessary to ensure mutual rights and obligations arising from the business relationship and for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations.

- request confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data and obtain access to such data, including information about their processing,
- request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- request the erasure of personal data if one of the reasons set out in the GDPR applies,
- request the restriction of processing of personal data in cases provided for by law,
- object to the processing of personal data if the processing is carried out:
- for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority,
- based on the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party,
- for direct marketing purposes,
- for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes purposes.
